Statement Stephen Burns
Stephen Burns, Vice President Sales North America of ROBART Inc, is responsible for the strategic approach of the Americas and finding the right people to support the customers: “Direct and local support of North American customers is the key to building successful products, especially with an advanced technology product. Indoor navigation presents many technological challenges that take the right approach to support customers. This includes presenting the technical details and also explaining why the solutions benefit the end user living with the product. To find somebody who can bring a market understanding along with the technical details was a challenge. I am very proud to welcome Greg Reynolds to the ROBART family in his newly created role as Key Account Manager, North America. Greg has many years of experience in account management, sales, market development and brand development in North America and will have the responsibility to support and grow the key customers effective immediately”.
Statement Greg Reynolds
Greg Reynolds, North American Key Account Manager adds: “I look forward to adding my experience in brand development and account management to ROBART’s robust track recordin innovation. The opportunity to bring this unique technology to market is very exciting. With the support from our North American VP of Sales, Steve Burns, we’ll ensure that ROBART succeeds as a global benchmark in advanced navigation technology”.
